The role of women in reforming society

Society is made up of individuals and the individual is always in need of reform.  A society of individuals, just like individuals, always seeks reform, and especially our current society.  In today's society, high values are declining.

The proportion of good is decreasing day by day and the proportion of evil is increasing.  Therefore, the need for social reform is much greater today.  The basic unit of society is the home and the family.  If the home environment is clean and has high values, then it is as if every unit of the society will be better, cleaner and purer in itself and thus an ideal society will come into existence.

Considering the role of women in reforming society, we come across the fact that women are almost equal in number to men in society as a whole.  Therefore, first of all, if every woman pays attention to the betterment of her caste, then in this way women can influence the betterment of the society.

Secondly, since the basic unit of society, the home, is the center of the women's sphere, it is very important to strengthen the home, the basic unit of society, in order to correct the deterioration of society.  The orbit is on the delicate gender.

The Holy Prophet (PBUH) gave women their rightful place and status at every level of family and society.  He exalted women with human dignity and respect on both domestic and social levels.  In fact, the place that a woman is given in a society is of fundamental importance because on the one hand, the wealth of that place determines the caste, personality and role of the woman in the society, on the other hand,  The whole society is also affected.

And if a woman is not given her rightful place and status, then not only is society deprived of the use of her abilities and potential, but women cannot play a meaningful and fulfilling role even in their specific sphere, the home.

In fact, the role of women in the process of society is much more important than the role of men.  Because the woman is the mother and in the lap of the mother a new generation of every society is born and nurtured by her.  Through her training, the mother can make the new generation a role model that is a source of pride for humanity.  Women play a major role in inculcating high values of life in the new generation and it is the mother who inculcates high values and virtues in the personality of the new generation.

Subconsciously, she continues to pass on her ideas, her way of thinking and her personal qualities to the new generation that is nurtured in her lap.  The mother's lap is man's first school.  The higher the standard of this school, the higher the standard of training of mothers, if the spirit of faith is with truth and in accordance with the spirit of the teachings of Islam, then the society will be of the same standard.

When the Holy Prophet recited this blessed verse in front of the Companions.

Meaning: “O you who believe!  Save yourself and your family from the fire of Hell. ”

So the Companions said: O Messenger of Allah!  We can save ourselves from the fire of hell, but how can we save our families from hell?  The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Keep ordering them to do things that are pleasing to Allaah and to refrain from doing things that are displeasing to Allaah.”

This is the basic process for reformation and society, that is, the spread of goodness and the duty to prevent sins, and in the light of the teachings of the Prophet, this is the basis of reformation and the role of believing women in society.  The meaning of the hadith is: “Every one of you is a shepherd and he will be questioned (about his heir).  And parents will be asked about their children. "

Therefore, it has been proved that Muslim women are responsible for child rearing and child rearing and they will be questioned about children.  We Muslim women, in the light of these ahaadeeth, have a duty to raise and nurture the children whom the Almighty has bestowed upon us with His grace and grace.  Because it is an important duty that makes the whole society.  Therefore, on the Day of Judgment, they will be questioned on the Day of Judgment for the very important and fundamental duty assigned by Hakim and Basir and his Messenger to the training of children, personality building and reformation of society.

Today when we see moral decay in our society, lack of high values and lack of practicality.  Today, when we see Muslims devoid of character, this situation actually highlights the fact that today's Muslim mothers, either sincerely, faithfully, do not have this standard and this level of Muslim women, or their own  They are committing negligence of duty, the standard by which Muslim mothers should be according to the teachings of the Prophet.

The mother's character, knowledge, grace and routines affect the personality and caste of the child before it is born, that is, during pregnancy, and the mother's womb leaves a deep impression on the structure of the child's mind.  The mothers of all saints and pious personalities have always been very virtuous, pious and practical women.  Proud children of Islam and false Jalil are born from the womb of orthodox and practicing Muslim women.  It was this wisdom that the great benefactor of the universe, the last of the prophets, Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) emphasized on the training and education of believing women and made it a duty for Muslim men as well as Muslim women to seek knowledge.

In the eyes of sociologists, a comprehensive and comprehensive program of social reform is to bring individuals out of the darkness of ignorance and into the realms of knowledge.  That is, the way of social reform is to make the members of the society educated.

And this can only happen when Muslim women are not deprived of the knowledge.  Today, if parents pay attention to the education of their sons thinking that they can become conscious citizens, earn their living better, then give their daughters the opportunity to benefit from education in the same way that they become conscious citizens and better mothers and wives.  , Sister and better daughter.  If Muslim women, in the light of the Prophetic Hadith, give priority to the duty of seeking knowledge and follow the path of acquiring knowledge for their daughters and sons, then this society will be a society of educated people and due to ignorance, the social evils in our society.  They can be corrected.

The Qur'an al-Hakim describes the characteristics of believing women.  He exhorted women to be modest and forbade women from displaying their adornment.  Consider!  From these teachings of the Prophet, the main purpose of women's social behavior is to purify the society from obscenity, nudity and obscenity.  Women who follow these teachings get respect and dignity in the society.

Rather than considering social reform in the light of the teachings of the Prophet and discussing the role of women in vain, it would be better to consider the reformative aspects of Pakistani society one by one today.  Also, what will be the role of Muslim women in the light of the teachings of the Prophet in correcting these problems and shortcomings?

In our society today, the craze to become rich overnight is common.  Putting aside the importance of halal business, the lust for wealth has created many evils in the society.  If women make it a motto to live a simple life in accordance with the teachings of the Holy Prophet, to refrain from unnecessary orders and every desire for luxury, then the men of their family will not be forced to acquire wealth illegally.  In addition to reminding both Rashi and Murtashi of the hadeeth that promises hell, women can help eradicate the menace of bribery from society by avoiding unnecessary expenses.

Society is in a state of moral decay.  The first is that if every woman adheres to the requirements of modesty and veil, then obscenity and obscenity will be eradicated.  It is only possible to correct our attitude towards the so-called freedom of women against the wealthy Islamic society if we live our lives in accordance with the teachings of the Holy Prophet.  Today, if Muslim women, in the social behavior of themselves and their children, follow the teachings of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), from every Muslim, from every countryman, thinking that my master Mawla has called a Muslim the brother of another Muslim and brother  Is loved, it is respected.

It is treated with respect, it is respected, it is forgiven.  In this way, only a woman can eradicate provincial prejudice and hatred from the society of Pakistan.  The growing trend of drug addiction in the new generation is truly curtailed by the grace of Muslim mothers.  If their mothers become their true friends and mourners for the new generation.

Their frustrations are their mental and emotional support.  She is a source of encouragement and encouragement to her children.  If complete trust and complete faith and conviction are instilled in their souls, then it will not be the destiny of our children to seek or seize such destructive supports.

May the Almighty grant the Muslim women of today the light of insight and style of love of a Muslim mother.  So that we and our children understand the real purpose and way of life and our society becomes a society that is purely materialistic and whose ultimate goal is the welfare of religion and the world.  Amen
